Three to six months.
From forest walk to medicine ceremony.

THE SHAPE OF THE WORK

Every container is shaped in response to you — but there is a rhythm to how this work unfolds. Most journeys move over three to six months, beginning with the forest walk and moving through preparation, ceremony, and integration. We meet every one to two weeks, with the cadence softening or deepening as your system asks. Some people move through this arc once. Others return for a second or third passage as the work continues to open.

01
The forest walk
Our first meeting. We walk, attune, and listen for resonance together.
02
Preparation
Sessions that build safety, clarity, and intention before ceremony.
03
Ceremony
Held with presence, reverence, and care. Always co-held.
04
Integration
Where the work becomes lived — insight becomes embodiment.

Ceremony is always co-held.

There is always a second trained practitioner in the field with us — for safety, for depth, for the integrity of the witnessing. You will know who is co-holding the space before we arrive at ceremony day.

  • "To be in Amanda's presence is to know, without question, that you are being met. That kind of presence is rare, and it is a gift."

    — T.K

  • In every healing modality Amanda held all parts of me with love, understanding and deep reverence — which allowed me to heal deeply and go back to who I was always meant to be."

    — V.S

  • "With Amanda, you begin to strip it all away, soften into stillness, and listen — until she gently guides you back home to yourself."

    — T.K.

Ceremony, as I hold it, is offered within a ceremonial and spiritual framework — in the lineage of plant and fungal medicines long held by Indigenous and Earth-based traditions. It is not clinical treatment. It is not a recreational experience. It is a path of transformational healing, held with reverence, safety and care.

Before we move toward ceremony, we speak honestly about your physical health, mental health history, current medications, and readiness. Some histories are not compatible with this work, and I will tell you clearly if this is not the right path, or the right time. A detailed working agreement — outlining scope, roles, and the legal and ethical framework — is shared and signed before anything begins.

This work is for those moving with intention, not urgency. I do not hold this work for those in acute crisis or with contraindicating medical or psychiatric conditions. If that is where you are, I will gently point you toward what may serve you better.

How I work with sacred earth medicines

THE CEREMONY CONTAINER

Safety through relationship
Safety is not rushed here. It is built — through presence, consistency, and attunement. Lasting change does not come from intensity. It comes from enough safety to let go.
Sovereignty & inner intelligence
Your body holds its own wisdom. Your inner intelligence leads. I am here to witness and hold the field — but you remain in relationship with your own pace and what is ready to emerge.
The forest as co-facilitator
The forest is not a backdrop. It is part of the medicine. The mycelial networks beneath us, the bilateral rhythm of walking, the living presence of the natural world — all of it supports regulation and coherence.
Integration as sacred
Ceremony is not the end. It is the beautiful beginning. Integration is where the work becomes lived — where insight becomes embodiment, and change becomes anchored.
Designed, not prescribed
There is no fixed formula. Before ceremony, we listen. We attune. We co-create a container that holds you fully — somatic inquiry, sound, bodywork, woven in response to what is alive.
